Summary

We do not collect personal data. Rush Music does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or third-party tracking.

What Rush Music Accesses

Apple Music / Media Library access: The app requests authorization to read your library and play content via MusicKit. Authorization is managed by Apple. You can revoke it in iOS Settings.
Network access: Used to fetch Apple Music results through MusicKit.

What We Do Not Do

No account creation.
No server-side user database.
No data collection, sale, or sharing.
No third-party analytics or advertising.

Children

Rush Music is a general‑audience app and does not knowingly collect any personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Privacy” link in the App Store listing.
